"The Shiraz Grenache blend is made from grapes we select to give a 'juicy' structure and presence to the wine. As our own young vineyards mature we are using mostly estate grown Shiraz combined with small batches of grapes we buy in from neighbours. The Grenache comes from our prize 'Western Ridge' vineyard on the edge of the Marananga bowl... the warmth of the Barossa comes through in a wine made from grapes from vineyards along the western edge of the Barossa Valley."
