Chapel Hill Angelica
McLaren Vale Verdelho
2007 :: 2006

"Chapel Hill winery, vineyards, and historic chapel (1865) are set in a patchwork of olive groves, vineyards, orchards, and native bush in the rolling hills above McLaren Vale overlooking the sea. Made from Verdelho grapes grown at Chapel Hill's nearby Kangarilla vineyard this wine is named after the herb Angelica which has grown by the creek at the end of the vineyard since the early colonial days. Verdelho is well suited to the McLaren Vale's climate which produces a rich, fruit driven style of wine displaying delicious flavors and texture."
