The secret to the excellence of these wines is a simple recipe - take two of Australia's finest and most highly-awarded winemakers; add fully concentrated ripe plump grapes; gently crush the fruit to extract the richly flavored juice; pour into carefully selected oak barrels and leave to mature; check occasionally to ascertain its peak, then bottle.
